As a Tour Guide, you will play an important role in leading food tours that showcase Krabi's Food Scene. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy sharing their passion for food and culture. Have fun leading small groups of guests around Krabi to eat at local restaurants & food vendors, sharing fun facts & stories behind the food, local culture and history. This is an opportunity to let your personality shine while creating a memorable experience for our guests!

  • Guide 3 - 4 hour food tour for small groups (max 10 guests).

  • Work closely with management to execute amazing culinary tours.

  • Engage customers with food tastings, commentary, and Q&A. 

  • Manage group timing and schedule.

  • Ensure guests are engaged and comfortable.

  • Resolve any challenges that may arise by working with our Operations team.​​​

  • Maintain perfect customer feedback and 5-star online reviews.

Responsibilities

What We Require?

​​

​

  • Thai Nationals Only.

  • Must hold a valid Tour Guide License.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Previous experience leading tours for English-speaking guests.

  • Must be fun, friendly, energetic & keen to provide a great service for our guests. 

  • Excellent communication skills & ability to speak confidently to a group of people.

  • Consistently act in a professional manner.

  • Punctuality & the ability to manage a flexible schedule.

  • Must have a love for Thai food & culture. 

  • Strong leadership abilities & problem solving skills.

  • Must be comfortable working independently​

  • Ability to walk distances easily in all weather conditions.

  • The ideal candidate could be local to Krabi.

  • Knowledge of Krabi's history and local culture.

  • Previous experience working in the food industry.

  • Fluency in any additional languages.​​

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating with vendors, partners and guides to arrange logistics for our tours.

  • Managing inquiries from customers and partners.

  • Updating booking system and liaising with travel agents and partners.

  • Assisting with emails and social media.

  • Computer proficient, experience with travel software especially considered.

  • Fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking.

  • Transporting guests to and from our tours and during tours.

  • Full clean driver's license.

  • Experience in the tourism industry preferred.

Responsibilities:​

  • Create engaging and original content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Create graphics, images, and videos/reels.

  • Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational sills.
